These days only curling and shoulder press. Or some light dumbbells for endurance.
Other work out is chinups and dips.

Just started again. A new activity each day
Swimming, Racquetball, Basketball, Boxing for cardio
Pushes and pulls for weights
Sauna just to relax the muscles.
Usually an hour to 2 hours 4 days a week.

When I had a gym routine it was: 30-40 min cardio 1 day, and 20m HIIT + weights + core the next day.

Need to get back to the routine :hinna:
