As long as you are doing it almost every other day, Exercising becomes part of life.

I do slow workout, now a days just doing one hour cross trainer and some weights, stopped treadmill, stepper etc like today I burnt around 700 calories in one an a half hour on cross trainer but I was talking to my friend all this time , otherwise I would have taken less time.

I am cutting cardio and adding weights more to my workout but i cannot do all the weights like men do. And i try to take less calories, eating healthy too. I haven’t seen your pics, tag my name in blog or thread wherever you posted.
