Re: your god my god
So majority says god is "he"?
Just Curious. :)

Re: your god my god
people go from “there is one god because of my faith” to it being as real as themselves in flesh. Such dissonance between faith and facts. ![]()
Re: your god my god
''to it being as real as themselves in flesh. ''
cuz believe it or not, thats how real He is. An Faith does play a major part. :)
Re: your god my god
Faith plays the ONLY part.
Re: your god my god
But there are many logical explanations to the universe that do not include the One God of Islam.
Re: your god my god
Thats what You think. hahaha.
One God for everyone, not just for Muslims.
Re: your god my god
And thats what You think. hahaha.
Re: your god my god
No, thats what God thinks.
Re: your god my god
why he has to create disloyal humans in the first place if he is that omnipotent?
does he want too many religens for fun?
Re: your god my god
i am yet to come across a logically sound explanation for the existance of god. its always ooo where do you think the universe came from, but never where the eff did this god come from.
Re: your god my god
^ He was always "there". hello He is God, why would he need to come from anywhere.
Re: your god my god
funny how its inconceivable for the universe to have always been there, but god could. faith is a funny funny thing.
Re: your god my god
You haven’t proven (and MQ sure hasn’t) that there is one God and more specifically the Quranic version of God. So, it is what you think God thinks.
Re: your god my god
queer -- No its not. The universe was created, God was not. Whys logic so hard to comprehend? Ignorance is way funnier.
Seminole -- Im not out to "prove" God exist. He does. Whether proof works for you or not is not something I am concerned about. You haven't proven He doesn't exist .
Re: your god my god
where is the logic in this? its just pure dogma. ![]()
Re: your god my god
So you think. You have not proved God doesn't exist.
Re: your god my god
^ Sorry, but the onus is on you as I am not the one who is saying it is one exact certain way. And
*Because I simply do. *
*Because of my faith. *
*I know just as I know I exist. *
is hardly a disquisition to prove that One (Quranic) God exists. It is more like an example of how you can't prove it without using the circular reasoning of scripture.
Re: your god my god
Seminole I did that to annoy verizon. He's been at me to answer in this thread, and I have not been feeling up to it. But here you are, me back to serious mode. You chicken, can't even decide on which side to take. :p
Anyway the existence of God can never be proved as we prove a physical object. That much is obvious - for all of us - or so I hope. For a physical object we would use our five (God given) senses. However, we can't do that with God. He is a Transcendental Being.
The people who argue that the only form of knowledge we humans can ontain is experimental or that which we can experience (obtained by our senses) goes to say that it is all about here and now. If we continue with this belief, there is no point in seeking for "real" answers behind what "seems to be" as it is beyond our understanding.
Thus I think it is possible for a Being to exist of which we can not understand based on our five senses.
Just because you have not seen it or felt it or heard it, does not mean it can't exist. Our senses are very limited, and so are our powers to reason - so it is possible for us to not understand "everything" .
