I said exactly what StormRaiser Said. Try in America what he suggested, and see the results. You have to follow the laws of the country where you earn. You just can not give money to people who supports Taliban and suicide bombers.

IK goes to USA every year for fundraising. Thousands of people donate to him. Not only USA, but also UK and other countries.

It is not America's "state money", after paying taxes whatever remains is yours, it does not belong to state.
