Muragghhan is a term used for spicy/ bhunay hoay or meat/chicken foods. Like rich foods/ heavy meals!!
I love Masoor ki daal too, but doesn’t it matter how it is cooked and whats the taste?? 
I introduced a little different recipe of Masoor Daal in my Susraal and now my recipe is followed since I am there. Because mine one, tastes better.
