Gauze pads and gauze roll
Cotton swabs
Alcohol swabs/Antiseptic wipes
Thermometer
Polysporin

Hey on top of that make sure to get first aid certified and to learn chest compressions, these skills can save a loved ones life, if more people knew proper procedures less time would be spent recovering in the hospital and more time enjoying life. :)

so in a home , what is the best place to keep this first aid box in ? I used to keep it in my kitchen area .. since most of the time its handy when cuts happen..

But I realized that due to the moisture and heat , some of the stuff in the box got affected .. so now I have placed the box in my upstairs room , though i would say its not handy there at all ...

Well mine is not technically a first aid box. I keep iv cannulas, adrenaline, atropine, opiods, antispasmodics and iv bags.
