Whats your favourite cuisine, recipe, dish or food?

Mine favourite dishes are Qoftay and Biryani.

Italian Food items (Pakistani style :P)

Macaroni, Pizza, lasagna.

My favorite recipe of macaroni

Vagitables (cut into small cubes)
Capsicum
Carrots
Green peas
Cabbage

Stir fry them in a little oil, add red chilli sauce, Chinese salt, a little amount of red chilli powder. mix well

Take boneless chicken fry it, add chilli sauce salt and soy sauce.

mix veggies and chicken with boiled macaroni. give a quick splash of soy sauce. put it on a VERY low heat, then cover the pot. remove it from stove after 1 minute.
