Zakir, Whatever i've tried so far by him worked out well. I learned a lot of new things.. didn't know how easy it was to make Malai boti in a pan.. I don't have grill.. so yeah.
Also, I like the way he explains things, simple to the point and no confusion.
I don't think I like chefs that answer too many calls of viewers. It kinda distracts me.

Wah Chef .. he's indian , but one of the very good chefs.

i like wah chef too and rahats cooking, i have tried her recipes and they have turned out very very well.

I like Shireen Anwer and Sara Riaz however both of them are not chefs but cooking expert. Rahat is also a cooking expert I think ? may be

my mom notes recipes of samina , shireen anwer , sadaat & sara riaz. if u need any specific recipe let me know , if my mom has it i'll post it here.

My favorite chef is my telephone. I make a call and 30 minutes later, pizza arrives at my door. Or Hunan Beef and sweet-n-sour shrimp.

Check vidpk.com. They upload the videoclips so you can watch it again at a later time and write down all the ingredients.
I like Chef Rahat .. but I am a bit weary of some of her recipes. She uses way too much mirchay/masalas for my taste buds.
