To make your skin glow, given that you have dry skin, use moisturizer on a daily basis and don’t wash your face with harsh acid-based soaps which will only serve to make your skin even more non-glowing!
Hmmmm…well, if your neck is slightly darker than your face, I’d say put some foundation or powder on it when you go to parties/events etc, in order to even it out with your facial coloring.
I can’t imagine life without this. Have 'em stuffed in coat pockets, odd places in the car, handbags, everywhere. Sometimes they turn up (so unfortunate) in the laundry. If all else fails, I grab a bottle of olive oil.

i use different color eyeshadow.. put about three/four drops of water on them an line them with a eyeliner brush (from benefit- works wonders!!!) an the eyeliner last for a good eight nine hourss
eyeliner on the lower eye-lid..for sure!!!...and mascara....eyes r the most important when it comes to beauty..and yeah...loadsa bright eye shadows...a different one each day of the week!
