Your favorite workout regimen/routine

List some of your favorite cardio and strength training routines/machines.
If you are listing some for strength training please include all/most major muscle groups.

I'm starting to like the treadmill, beforei only did the elliptical and i hated to run.

then again in the pastyear i have been to the gym only 3 times....sad i know.

Yeh I like to do heavy cardio -- mostly treadmill and epliptical (SP) sometimes I switch it up to bike --

I workout 3/4 days a week and my routine mainly consists of all body parts. For pec muscles, i go for flat bench press, incline bench press,dumbbell flies, pec deck fly. For back, I go for cable seated row, dumbbell lying row,cable close grip pulldown. For biceps i do dumbbell and barbell curls. For triceps i do tricep dips, cable incline pushdown and dumbbell kickback... well...it'll be a lot of writing if i start telling u about the lower body now.. but basically i do calf raises , deadlifts and squats for lower body. The best exercise i like to do as cardio exercise is swimming.

Right. I used to faint when i first started too.. Now its just part of my lifestyle..if i dont do this.. i feel awkward!...You build the stamina to do these many exercises over time...nothing comes easy :)..

no .. body weight exercises such as chinups, pushups etc..

i followed DC training for a couple of months when i was weight lifting. That was awesome... The routine that i loved the most was a swim in the morning and circuit training at night. But i dont have the will or the time to do that anymore .. hehe

I usually go on the cross trainer 40-50 minz, then weights, then sauna, then treadmill for 20 minz then sum more weightz and not forgetting socialising with the women there :@: i only just started 4 weeks ago, but yeh thts what i do wen im at the gym, need to lose weight :bummer:

wow you guys have admirable routines!

I used to run like crazy in short bursts, like 7.0 mph alternating with 5.0 mph for 15 minutes but I read an article about how hard running can compress your spinal discs, and make you lose a half inch in height. since i'm vain, what i do now is just walk on the treadmill at a leisurely pace (like 3.0 mph) but at a very high incline, between 8 and 15%. This will give you really toned legs and butt and you'll still break a sweat.
