From OVSD to Heat, Remedy, CA service desk, HPSM ,Service DeskPlus Tivoli etc etc which one is your favorite system from requesting new mouse/keyboard to asking IT to turn on your lcd (
)and beyond?
Mine is the one I was admin of and its not in the list its called NSD…ever heard of it?

I used HPSM, CA Service desk, MS Center and Alloy.
I personally like CA Service desk…

They have hundreds of products. Helpdesk, Antivirus, Brightstor storage, Erwin, Clarity, Mainframe products etc are just few of them. Its by far one of the best companies i’ve worked in :k:

I am too pissed off by the lack of knowledge of Bob and Sam (you know where) to even notice what tikkat system we are using. I still cringe on how the tech support had no clue what was going on in SAP..
