i am "trying" to cut down on sugary, processed food so these days, i am eating enough breakfast/lunch/dinner that i dont feel the need for a snack. If i do, i like to whip up a milk shake with frozen fruit and milk (my current fav is frozen banana with dates and milk).
You could also try your favourite cereal. Just carry it in a zip lock or make home made granola bars.
