Please share your favorite afternoon snack.. you know when you get those hunger pangs but you dont want to have anything unhealthy or bad for you or something that will ruin dinner… what do you have?
Entries will be judged based on how health consious and least amount of difficulty in accessing the snack is.
Mine would have to be Smart food’s White chedder popcorn or a Granola bar.. each about 2 points for those of you on WW.
omg, i guess I'm outta here. My snack is fried chicken. or leftovers, most esp if its meat and gravy. If meat, potatoes and gravy are not available, potato chips will do until the meats done. :D
hey! tweety, I am SO with you man!! YUM!!! Lets have a nacho party, I'll add some buffalo wings with a huge side of bleu cheese dressing, some tater skins with cheddar cheeze and sour cream. And hmmm.....maybe some deep fried popcorn shrimp!!! :D
I love dried fruits especially:D apricots and the best are dried pineapple:) and dried mango:)- they do these in an organic stand in town, they also do them in Asda's but the dont taste as good!:(

i am "trying" to cut down on sugary, processed food so these days, i am eating enough breakfast/lunch/dinner that i dont feel the need for a snack. If i do, i like to whip up a milk shake with frozen fruit and milk (my current fav is frozen banana with dates and milk).
You could also try your favourite cereal. Just carry it in a zip lock or make home made granola bars.
