For colors…not really talking about the naked palettes or nude ones.
When you’re using color, what palette do you reach for?
Also, anyone tried Miss Rose eye shadow palettes?
They’re moderately priced - not cheap but not terribly pricey either.

Havent used a lot of palettes, but do usually count on UD dangerous and the pony palette.
I'm looking for an ultimate palette - will be getting married mid this year :D. Never really got too impressed with UD Book of Shadows :/

UD Book of shadows are okay...I love Baked so so so much but that's the only color I care for in them.

Well I mainly use neutrals (Mac and UD naked palettes) but apart from that, I really like the Smoked Palette by UD. It has colours which can be used for a simple daytime look, right up to really dark smokey colours (green, purple, blue, silver, etc).
I've seen Miss Rose palettes before but I always assumed the quality wouldn't be so great for some reason? Hmm..if you're looking for something cheaper then the Sleek palettes would be great - there's such a variety of shades (both matte and shimmer). Some of the more shimmery shades do have fallout but I quite like the matte shades...but I'm not sure if they're easily available in the US...
Also NARS doesn't have any specific palette that I like but I love the single eyeshadows..the few that I have tried are extremely buttery and pigmented! Have you tried any of those? The only downside is the price..

On a day-to day basis, UD naked 2 is my life saver. But for special occasion, I reach for mac pigments, UD smoked, Chamak (a desi brand in houston), and coastal scents (if i don't have a color I want in pigments).

So I have UD palettes and I find that even with them...the color pay off is a hit or miss. They're good but some are just blah. I have MAC and they're nice. I just want to find a few other palettes to diversify my collection.

I usually just reach for my own custom selected colours by MAC or the chanel les 4 ombres eyeshadow palettes in prelude (browns/neutrals) and lagons (navy/sky blues)
however I have been meaning to get the naked palette two!!! I also have a STILA one, which I find really annoying since the fall-out is enormous and by the time I am done applying it and even cleaning it up with a makeup wipe, I can still see it shedding thru the evening....ughhh

I am thinking of adding Naked2 but Naked1 is still my first love. I am not a brand whore but that palette...definitely good work.
Stila's eyeliner is my new fave right now. Their felt tip liner is AH-mazing...love love love it. Eyeshadows...not so much :(

What about Lorac? Their intensity is the same as UD, though in certain cases a little better. I havent personally tried NYX - but when I used to work at Ulta, a lot of people used to buy NYX (they have several colored palettes). Ha, when I don't have enough to splurge, then I go the L'oreal HIP route :)

^ The Stila eyeshadow in Kitten is LOVEEE!! It's such a stunning shade, so smooth...It looks amazing paired with Stila smudgepot in kitten also...

Lorac is nice...I do have a palette by them and its wonderful. A bit of fallout but shadows are beautiful.

I have a few shimmers from them.. But they are ok. Not worth the money I paid for them. The shimmers do add a lil oomph to the look but I wouldn't recommend spending that much just for a lil bit of glitter. Their lipsticks are super greasy too.

Naked 2 is awesome. Stila eyeshadows are terrible (not well pigmented and all look the same) but I do like their color glitz as a highlighter shade.
