i have got rimmel`s kate moss one to use after shadi. i dont know if it will be good or bad. its sealed now and i wont be opening it before april :p

I like red color from Mac its much better not to orange red and not too deep red.Just right shade.

MAC Ruby Woo is my FAVORITE red! Its a true red and has a matte finish but it looks amazing!!! For Desi skin, MAC's Dubonnet is also really great but its a deeper richer red more on the maroon side! Though it also looks gorgeous on desi skin!

Otherwise Revlon's lipstick in "Really Red" is also great as a cheaper alternative! or Maybelline's "Red Revival" from the color sensational line!

joe fresh has this amazing matte red lipstick. its my go-to colour for when i want to inject some fun into any outfit.

I find MAC lipsticks to be too drying. :bummer:

My all-time favorite red is Dragon by Chanel. It wears like a beast and is the most dimensional true-red (blue based) I’ve ever seen.

I only have one red lipstick, MAC Viva Glam I.

I love it though, despite the drying-ness. It's matte and looks great.

I like the colours of MAC lipstick but I also find them a bit drying. What do you lot do to make them more um...moist? Or at least, less drying anyways? Should I mix lipsticks or is it just something you have to put up with?

Could you use a balm before you put in the lipstick?^
Ive got a number 17 one in showbiz but i do wanna try russian red in Mac because it looks like the perfect red. Ages ago i used to wear a red gloss which looked WOW but then suddenly didn't :/

^Yes you can, infact it's recommended you do so before applying any lipstick especially matte ones!

its joe fresh ruby, if i’m not mistaken.

duwop’s private red is also fabulous. its very creamy, lasts a long time and has a soft, soft sheen to the finish. it also adjusts to the ph level on your lips so it varies slightly from person to person. on me, its a darker red than the joe fresh one which is a very true red. Sheer Red by NYC- best $2 investment of my life. You can build up the color and it has a nice slightly glossy glow

Sexy Lips by Laura Mercier is a pretty subdued red
