Whats your favorite in Sehri & Iftar?

Mine is a glass of Doodh + Rooh Afza in Sehri.

And tarbooz in Iftar

I like to have Anda with Pratha + dahi in Sehri..

and Chicken Chilli/Chicken Karahi/Chicken Manchurian all with Roghani Naan + Chicken Rolls in Aftaar..

For sehri this Ramazan literally no desire to eat anything but being a true dutchie I look forward to any bread with cheese and the Punjaban in me wants salty lassi :smack: and to satisfy my non-existent sweet tooth I might have a asli Palestinian medjool date which are so good and without the taste of guilt or apartheid <3

For iftari, again my mind and stomach will crave all the junkfood in the world but I happily eat any (fruit) salad but highlight will be ice cream and crisps. Oh and my doodh patti cha.

Yes, and here I’m feeling like a zombie. Three guesses why.

My favorite iftar item is my mom’s cheese samosay. I like them better than the qeemah or aalu samosay.

**Tarbooz without Doubt is the Best FOOD that Opens your Arteries by cleaning/removing the Plack that is stuck on due to the Harmful affect of refined sugers and High Fructose Corn syrup i.e. Coca Cola, BEBSI Cola etc!

But Remember it is the WHITE portion next to the outer green skin that has the Health Benefit !**

Yes humming bird The white part of the Watermelon Has the Protein called L-Citrulline : L-citrulline is a substance called a non-essential amino acid. Your kidneys change L-citrulline into another amino acid called L-arginine and a chemical called nitric oxide. These compounds are important to your heart and blood vessel health. They may also boost your immune system.Sep 24, 2019
