Hi all,
I know most of the time we either get recipes from experienced friends/relatives or from websites, but are there certain trusted cookbooks that you use.

I love the new Jamie Oliver 15 minute meals book, haven’t tried anything yet but have a list of things to make over the Xmas break. Gordon Ramsey’s ultimate cookery course is fab- varied cuisines and a good introduction to baking, I made an amazing chocolate tart and also ginger and garlic chilli chicken. I tend to watch lots of cooking programmes rather than buying cookbooks as we’re spoilt for choice in the UK
