When we were in Khi, my favorite was chicken burger and hunter beef burger of Qureshia Burger in Boat Basin Karachi.....I might be forgetting the name of the joint...:( but they had the bestest burgers ever!

There's a shop on Mall Road Lahore called Salt&Pepper...I tried their burger and it was so delicious.

I love how fine the shredded lettuce feels in the hamburger and honestly, eating a hamburger with all the toppings is about as messy as eating spaghetti. Although, I do cut my hamburger in half to control the drippage.
Agree. I prefer finely shredded lettuce as well. Not a fan of raw onions in salad and sandwiches though.

Bun: plain bun. Meat: chicken fillet Topping: cheese slice, red onion, lettuce Sauce: ketchup mayo I remember in pakistan once we asked for a burger and they gave us a omellette in a bun
