So, tonight, I watched the entire two hours show about Ojon on The Shopping Channel ( Yes, they get 10/10 for marketing) and I am pretty tempted to buy its products. The guy who owns the company said it’s almost all natural, doesn’t damage your hair and all the good things that make your heart WANT it..
I did a search on the forum but didn’t see a thread on Ojon haircare line even though it’s quite popular. Now, I’m just curious to know if it’s really as good as they made it sound like or the paid advertisement is nothing but a sham. Share your experience with it if you’ve tried it or if you know someone who had first-hand experience with Ojon.
I don’t know about oil, Sara…I checked on Sephora website for its ingredients and it’s not 100% pure oil..It’s mixed with lecithin which makes me go I wonder how it would affect hair and scalp.
well lecithin is usually from egg so i don't think that would be bad
i bought this nurturing kit that included shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner spray(which i just love), a styling cream plus the oil thing
you can see these and read reviews on sephora website
personally i wouldnt get the shampoo again but the rest of the products i am really enjoying and i didn't think i would like the styling cream but it makes my hair softer than other salon products i have tried although it does nothing for frizz so i still need to style :)
hope this helps!
my sister ueed their product and her hair fall more then before she said dontspend money on ojon shampoo ,condotioner maybe their styling product its better
I have the oil and I like it. My hair is really thick and wavy, so it's great for when I straighten my hair. I normally have to leave it on overnight. I purchased their serum too which is applied onto dry hair ... search it, it's been discussed on GS before.
I think it is all a gimmick to get Western customers to buy "exotic" products. I tried the range and it was really not worth the price tag. Our traditional oils (coconut, sarson etc) are so much better than this Ojon oil.
I did like one thing though, the Rub Out dry shampoo, helps prevent oily hair between washes.
