Re: your emergency preparedness

local red cross or doctors in the Muslim communities can be approached fro learning and organizing a training at your work place or in your community centers.

Am a doctor, hold quite a few useful certificates. I often say that in each household, there should be atleast one doctor, to provide an insight to many day to day and ofcourse guidance in unforeseen emergency situations.

ahh learned CPR back in grade 10...
If its someone else, I can take care of them... But sadly, when it comes to myself, I freeze... Which by the way is horrible... Last semester, I had a midterm and I was soo lost into my thoughts - that when I was crossing the road on a small intersection - It was pedestrians right - but some driver who was coming from the side street didnt stop - when he should have... And as soon as I saw the car coming towards me, I just froze... and God knows what could have happened... If the guy behind me hadn't pushed me to the side..

Re: your emergency preparedness

I get panic in emergency situation, not a very good situation handler.
