Your Diet Plan.

Share the diet plan/diet routine you mostly follow.

Mine (so far)

Breakfast (10:00 AM or sometimes at 11:00 AM): Multi grain bread and one boiled egg with tea or orange juice)

Lunch (around 2:30 PM) : one Chapati with any vegetable mostly cooked in some vinegar black pepper and salt)

Dinner (around 8:00 PM): Grilled or cooked fish or chicken breast piece

In fruits I take apple and grapes, sometimes Guava also.

I know it’s not what we call a proper diet plan for those who are aiming to lose weight in less time.

^ you need to have some sort of protein in every meal. It will keep you fuller longer & your body can never have too much protein. Compared to fats & carbs extra protein always gets burned.

7am : water and green tea first thing in the morning

9-10AM: breakfast: oatmeal or any other cereal and a piece of fruit

1pm : snack : tuna snack kit or/yoghurt/or granola bar

3pm : lunch: chicken or kebab with salad

6pm: : dinner: some kind of a sandwich usually turkey

i do not eat after 7pm if i get hungry i have fruit but usually water and gum. about 1200cals a day
