I am all for restricting this thread to Pakistani cities. After all us non-Pakistanis don't have any way of knowing about Pakistani cities. Just so guppies don't go on and on about their favorite Paratha galli, I do hope we can see the least the following details I would like to see in your posts about your city.

  1. General layout (rivers flowing thru, purana shahar, naya shahar,
    cantonment, civil lines, army area, parks etc.) How old is the city.

  2. Educational institutions (Well-known or purane schools, universities etc.)

  3. Any well-known local buildings (havelis, keelas, mahals ect.)

  4. Local political structure (local rais, warlords what have you)

  5. Local economy (who are the biggest employers, local industry etc.)

  6. Last but not the least, your opinion of local girls!

Azad Kashmir is also part of pkaistan and we must discuss those beautiful places. I will be posting the list of upcoming cities soon which are requested by guppies in this thread. would you like to give us few city names?
