I fell for AK from Qayamat se Qayamat tak as well, but now I find that there’s something about his looks that unsettles me . If you look more closely, you’ll see that he looked more innocent and genuine and humble in the early part of his career. You might argue that with age, looks change and one appears more experienced. I understand that, but there’s difference in expression. It may be due to him messing with his eyebrows, as they were thicker in QSQT/Dil/etc..whereas they appear a bit shaped now. It may be due to the greater confidence he’s gained from his string of successes. But there’s a “koshiyari” on his face now that wasn’t there before. And at times i see this expression on his face like he’s mocking people, like he’s amused. And I’ve read a few accounts where he did not fulfill his promises and help the people he said he would help. In a recent article that I read someone else said a similar thing and so maybe I’m not imagining it.

You only brought up acting skills now, otherwise "favorite" can depend on many things and not just acting. Yes, I think he's a better actor than SRK and Salman, but I get a strange off-screen vibe from him now and that has certainly reduced my craze for him.
