Your best dish?

The recipes you make during a pot luck dinner or get-together that you know will turn out superb.

( could you post up the recipes too for me..hugs )

Re: Your best dish?

Pancit made with spaghetti instead of rice noodle with a few twists.
Cut up cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions
Boil peas and carrots with thin spaghetti to make it quicker so u don't have to wait for them to stir fry.
In another pan, add boneless chicken cubes in oil. Add black pepper, salt, a pinch of Chinese salt, pad thai sauce and Thai res curry sauce. Then I add all the vegetables to it.
With the noodles, I drain them and add sriracha and soy sauce to it. Then I combine both the stir fry and the noodles.

It's alot of sodium so not for everyday use but for a quick get together or pot luck or outing at the park, I make this.

When I have people over for a dawat, I make nihari.

Re: Your best dish?

These two always come out perfect I hope? I’ll @alwaysaloser](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/members/alwaysaloser/) and
@mizsani](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/members/mizsani/) try them out. Thanks!!! I just need to impress a couple people and I want to make the most spectacular, mouth watering dishes so they would rave about them. I have this garlic, tamarind, oil, and red chillies shrimp satay dish and Niksik’s butter chicken dish, a rice noodle dish i’ve made before that I know will come out awesome but there are two families coming over and I need you all to give me your bests. Please post up some of your best recipes.

Re: Your best dish?

I would love to try these out in the next couple of days and see if I can make them just as good. I've never made Nihari so I would love to master it since Mizsani says it's good. Thanks Lusi!!

Re: Your best dish?

Come on people please help me. I'm making mango cheese cake for dessert but a lot of people don't like cheesecake, if they are ones that just came from abroad, so what other desserts do you make for an all desi crowd that always get rave reviews. I really want to impress them.
