Your attitude

Are you the type of person who lets their attitude with people be controlled by your life events, or the day’s events?

To a certain extent, our current state of mind is a reflection of how we are feeling. So if we had a real rough day, we could find ourselves getting short with people unnecessarily, be annoying etc… However, I do not like it when people dump their negative feelings, whatever the cause may be, on other people and expect everyone to understand.

Discuss.

Re: Your attitude

i do that. but i don't expect everyone to understand. i expect equally vile behaviour so i can let more of my angst out. it's a paradox i tell ya

Re: Your attitude

yeh sar juhk to sakta hai par kat nahi sakta. :@:

errrr

p.s. yeh sar kat to sakta hai par jukh nahi sakta .

Re: Your attitude

No!

Re: Your attitude

I was that sort of person for a very short span of time , long time ago. Not anymore. I know better now and deal with each person , each issue and each problem on case to case basis.

Re: Your attitude

most wise response. :k:

Re: Your attitude

yes to first part of your post, and agree with the later.

Re: Your attitude

yes...to some extent.... but i think its only natural for someone to feel that way..

about dumping .......i try to not dump it on those around me......

Re: Your attitude

I am. So I try my best to keep myself happy no matter how difficult life is getting. I am usually around patients for most of the day so I can never let my problems affect them.

Re: Your attitude

I don't think I let my life's events rule my attitude towards life.

I do at times get short when I have a really bad day.

Those days, I try to just stay quiet and go home asap so I don't cause trouble. Or I blog here and let some steam off! :)

Re: Your attitude

This is an excellent thread topic. One needs frequent reminders (at least I do) to not take the path of least resistance - take out the aftereffects of the day's negative events on others. Never too late to change course.

Re: Your attitude

thankfully i dont … n never have…pretty good about letting things roll off my back…

very little bothers me anyways but even if im upset im generally the same with most people as I am when I am happy and at peace

the ony person who gets it (to some extent not to the full extent) is the person who is causing my emotional balance to be not so balanced :hehe:

Re: Your attitude

sometimes, very rarely. but I think people should exert self-control, it would allow clarity of thought.

Re: Your attitude

I have good control on my feelings, face expressions and what I say and how I treat people. I am a firm non-believer of 'karey koi, bharey koi'
