There isn't. I think it's okay to have 1 chocolate bar a day.

and diabetes is a concern here.

you do need glucose in ur diet aswell so to elminate sugar from it altogether wouldnt be wise

TLK - I dont think so. I think dark chocolate is slightly healthier for the heart.

I find a teaspoon of nutella usually satisfies the craving.

^^ but they aren't complex sugars like chocolate; basically the all natural is easier to work off.

^ I was going to suggest the same.... a little square or two shouldn't put a huge dent in the diet..esp the dark kind.
