At what age did you have your 1st facial?
And at what age is it recommended to start going for facials regularly?

I was told in a make up class that you should get them done after 25, not before.

I've had one facial from when my mum was taking a beauty course and i was the guinea pig :) Loved it!

Had mine at 16 which I think is a bit young, but then it worked for me. (Ideally in Mid-later twenties)

i had my first facial at 25. i wish i did it before, esp because i suffered breakouts. it literally made my skin radiant. i stopped it for a while and my skin got more dull, so i started it back up again!
so the moral of the story is - it not only depends on age, it depends on skin needs.

My mother always said after age 25....I had a skin polish done at 20 and 21 but didn't find much difference in it....but not an actual facial

It was horrid. I felt so violated. She touched me in places I didn't think was allowed for a 'facial'. And then she 'made' me buy £150 worth of beauty products.
