The Pakistan batsman Younis Khan is returning home from Australia after learning of the death of his father.

Younis, 27, heard the news shortly after Pakistan’s three-wicket victory over Australia in today’s VB Series match at Perth.

A Cricket Australia spokesman told AFP that Younis was “shattered”, and would leave Perth on the first available flight.

Very Sad news...
May his soul rest in peace... (Ameen) he was really sick for many days...
I remember Younus Khan lost his sister 2-3 years before when
any cricket team * was visting Pakistan.*
