She a graduate of the National College of Arts, Lahore. Her work is inspired by the cinema and in particular female representation in the Pakistani cinema. Most of the images here were part of Samar’s thesis work that has to be original and should reflect the composite arts education and training offered at the NCA. Samar is currently finshing a post-graduate degree in film-making in the United Kingdom.
