Although I think this problem affects almost every major city in the world. So its not just about a certain society, this issue is pretty global brother!

I disagree. Carjackings may be common in the more lawless areas of the world, but this is the first time I’m hearing about carjacking leading to rape. It’s sick and it’s totally outrageous.
