young engineer ....fresh out of school...

Reaching the end of a job interview,the corporate recruiter asked the young engineer fresh out of school,“And what starting salary were you looking for?”
The young graduate said,“In the neighborhood of $75,000 a year,depending on the benefits pachage.”
The recruiter smiled and said,"Well,what would you say to a five week’s paid vacation,fourteen paid holidays,full medical and dental coverage,a company matching-fund retirement plan up to fifty percent of salary,and a new company car every 2 yrs,lets say…a red 2003 mercedes-benz SL500!!!
The young engineer sits up in his chair and exclaims,“WOW!!!Are you kidding me?”
To which the company recruiter replied,“Certainly…but you started it.”
