Sharon Stone was very hot and active in the days when I and most of my friends were just starting to discover ourselves. So it is a term we usually use in common discussions instead of saying hot. But you seem to be Sharon Stone's mom's best friend, if you really are comparing yourself to Audrey Hepburn.
