I just went to the gym today, trainer worked me like crazy. I know when I wake up, my abs will be screaming and every bone and muscle in my body will be angry at me for putting them to work. It’s a rare instance, pleasure and pain meld and it becomes hard to distinguish between the two and it feels goooooood.
So how many of you acutally shower after going to the gym? After you sweat and your deodorant/antiperspirant quits on you, r u too shy to strip down and take a shower? Too many people I know would give me weird looks when my hair was wet and it wasn’t rianing out.
Screw shyness, personal hygiene beats modesty in this case :k:
I shower at the gym all the time. I just make sure to take my body wash and flip flops with me to wear in the shower. They have everything at the gym, hair dryers, styling equipment, most of the women shower and then make themselves look decent again for going back to work (those like myself who workout on lunch hours).
What gym do you go to Mehnaz? I just joined Bally’s and I dont’ really like the locker room… it’s kinda small and we only get it every alternating day. But ill be transferring to another club soon so I dunno. That’s kewl though, hair dryers, styling equipment etc. In my school locker room, there’s not even any curtains on the shower stalls. Cheapos
I go to one of the 'Sports Clubs of Canada'. It's actually affiliated with Bally's. I really like it. I've never had a problem with the lockers or showers.
Well the one i go to they're closing down, so they're automatically reenrolling us in the new, bigger club. and anyway, it doesn't really matter where u register, u can go to which ever locatin as long as u have the card..
