hmm well you can name these kabab what ever you want. well these are really close to Tiryaki kababs but I suited to my own taste and throughout the phase and stages of cooking it changed lot from time to time. So i will cut to the chase and will post my personal one here…
1- I lb Keema
2-One Onion (kata hoa bareek)
3-For each pound of ground beef aik KUKRI ka anda ( egg duhh)
4-For each pound of ground beef 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce.
5-Bread crumbs if availabe or else use baisan if u like… but for the best taste use bread crumbs.
6-little bit of milk(couple of drops just make sure not to put so much that grround beef would become so thin)
7-I add a bit of tomoto sauce or paste as well.
8- spices as desired ( I put salt, black peper)
9- I add little bit of lime juice in there as well.. it becomes mmmmmm yummmy:)
Way to make (SIMPLE)
in a bowl , add beaten egg, oinion, soysauce, milk, tomato sauce or paste, spices and mix well.
add ground beef to it and mix well
add bread crumbs and mix well.
if at the end you feel that ground beef became so thin then add more breadcrubs .
if not then add more spices if you like…
in a baking dish or tray spray olvie oil and make beef paties outa this mixture and throw it in the oven for 20-30 mins on 350 degrees.
TRUST ME YOU WILL HAVE BETTER TASTING BEEF PATIES THEN Mcdonalds and Burger King.
Dont belive it ? well you gotta try it to belive it.
adios for now.
