You Love me?

I get a big fat “NO” as an answer from my toddler. And he says it with so much attitude it’s not even funny. :frowning:

On the other hand when I say “I love you” to him, he says “I luu’m” back. That’s his version of saying “I love you too”.

How do your kids respond to hugs, kisses and I love yous?

Re: You Love me?

My 2 and half year old says, I av you too mommy. And gives me the warmest and longest hug.

My 6 year old is very emotional and adds many more sentences with that.

Since when do you have two “he’s”?

gosh I need to see you more regularly :stuck_out_tongue:

I was talking about the same he. :hehe:
And you can witness all the above for yourself when you come to visit.

NIKSIK

that’s very sweet.

Re: You Love me?

ahaaaa ok.. so same he, but two different questions..In fact I understand his responses- you have him all confused with such lovey dovey questions :p

Can't wait to see the bacha party .. InshaAllah soon :-)

since they are still young, they love spontaneous bursts of affection, but sometimes they do make a game out of it, i'll say i need a big hug and my 2 yr old will fold her arms across her chest tightly and say 'nah ah' with a knowing smirk ! i have found my girls are more into it, than my son, he has to be in the 'mood', go figure!

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!

Re: You Love me?

I say: I love you
She says: I love you more
I say: I love you mons
She says: I love you tons
I say: I love you the earth
She says: I love you the moon
I say: I love you the sun
She says: I love you the universe. (Then she holds up her arms in victory)

Re: You Love me?

Aww im always telling my nieces and nephews how much i lov them....

My 4 yr old nephew is soooo adorable i just said to him "i lov u Ibrahim" he said "i lov u too" i asked him how much he replied "100 times"...:)

Yeah my son is the same way. He is very affectionate when he wants to be. He'll give the biggest tighest hug and just won't let go when he's in a mood. :)

Re: You Love me?

My two year old makes the lip smacking sound - and her bear hugs are the best!

:jano:

Re: You Love me?

I call my eldest son "my sunshine boy"...and when I tell him that he tells me "and YOU are my sunshine mama!"

I just melt.

Re: You Love me?

Me: I love u
My 3 yo daughter: I love u too
Me: How much?
My 3 yo daughter: A loooooooot (spreads her hands sideways)
then she hugs me and rubs my cheeks with her tiny tiny palms and fingers ...best feeling :)

I call her "billi" (cat). Sometimes I am like "billi I love u" and she comes running to me saying "meaooo meaooo and licks my cheeks" :)

ok I get earful from my wife on this she is like "u are going to spoil her. achaa khasee baat kertee hai insanoon kee tarha tu yee meoon meoon ka kia tuuk hai" but I ignore her, I know she is just jealous as my billi never do "meaOOO love" to her mother :D

Re: You Love me?

I say to my 4 n half years old: I love you

I call my 4 yr old billi too - she acts like a cat most of the time.
