Unless all of those supplies are exiting Kabul towards Mazar or Kundoz that makes no sense. You are essentially implying that the pass is so backed up normal people can’t use it. That ain’t the case because our road missions use the pass on a weekly basis.

Hundreds of local pakhtuns do cross. But who the hell crosses to Pakistan for safety when they elope?
