We all have one dish that we just CANNOT seem to get the hang of no matter how hard we try…seems like its just not in the cards for us 
Mine is biryani 
I think it puposely never wants to come out right to get back at me for trying to cook it.

Mine has to 'kofte'....you would not believe the number of times I have tried this.My MIL has stood next to me and SHOWED me how to cook them,but can I ????...can I heck as like.It's sooo annoying.

Cakes and pizza dough. They come out ok but still not the way I really want them to be.
I'm a bit cack handed when it comes to baking cakes,but I have this recipe using corn oil which gives a very light cake that rises well.I'll give it you if you like :)

Mine is Rice-ANY kind of it , especially when i try making it for guests need a wazeefa to remove the bad spell on this particular part of my cooking.

Zarda …actually every thing with zarda is good but the Rice become soooooo Oily

its got to be pizza dough and custard it just never gets to the consistency I like.
