You have to see it to believe it...

So I am watching TV and they have this program on the latest trends in cosmetic surgery. I think by the end of the show my eyes were about as wide as a deer in headlights. These are the different types of surgeries they discussed and showed results of:

1.) Nose job - altering the nose. They actually showed the doctor hammering away and taking off a chip of the nose cartilege. I almost hurled.

2.) Calves surgery - yes, they actually have surgery to incraese the size of your calves (the area beneath the back of your knee).

3.) Brazillian backside lift - They take fat from your lower back or other fatty areas and put it on your backside, to make it more plump. It’s becoming more popular.

4.) Fat replacement in lips - Forget botox, they showed a woman who had fat taken out of her abdomen region and injected into her upper lip. I honestly thought it was gross, but others may disagree.

5.) Collagen injections in the ball of the feet, in order to wear trendy high-heels with less pain.

6.) Hair-line structuring - this was for the men in particular. A look that gave them the perfect 5 o’clock shadow, and also in the belly area, to make a more V-shape hairline, which would make the tummy look thinner.

Those were the things that intrigued me the most. There were other things like ppl getting some type of bonding on the teeth to make them the perfect shape, or look larger if too small, etc, but that was small beans compared to the other stuff (in my opinion.)

So have you heard of any interesting trends in surgery (that dont belong in Corner Room)?
