That’s pretty messed up, Southie. :confused: But at least they deal with the ones in debt according to the court rules. Back home, even in India, we have dons instead of collection agencies.

No they don’t deal with those in debt per court rules B’cue. When the summons is not delivered and delivery is forged then the poor have no chance.

I agree that Indo-Pak situation involves more thuggish behavior.
