Almost all over the world the deck is stacked against the little guy. Even in the west the public defens lawyers are a joke. Routinely they come to agreement with prosecutor even when defendant not guilty. The prosecution has way more resources than the defendant. And deck even more stacked if defendant is colored
Main problem is not the bad guy is walking - but the little guy is getting railroaders.
