You have the right to remain silent.

Anything you say or do can be used against you in a court of law.Blah Blah Blah.

Ok , so on TV and in movies I have seen American cops reading rights to the suspect .
Now I am wondering , anything cops do or say it can also be used in the court of law against them , it has been used many a times, so a suspect has a right to remain silent but the cops do not have that right ?
Just wondering can anybody explain it to me ?
