Obviously it seems that the plane missed the runway, and landed in water.
the chances of a plane this big landing in water and staying in one piece are very slim.
I could be wrong though.

Looks like the runway was flooded. Seems like Lahore airport to me. I could be wrong, it could be Islamabad.
It's an Alitalia plane, so I don't think that's somewhere in Pakistan.
