You mean our facial expressions? Yeah they do tell alot, not all, but alot. Especially the eyes. You can try to hide your emotions by laughing and acting all cool, but your eyes will give it away.
BTW, did you know that whenever we see someone we fancy, our pupils get bigger and when we see someone we don't like, they get smaller? LOL

mine does esp when i am really really really tensed, nervous, confused, happy etc etc.... it all shows on my face

My face tells my mood so quickly, its hard to hide.
