What policies would you like to see in place, or changed, or replaced after President Obama takes office in January? Specific focus is Domestic Policies ONLY!

I would like to see a Universal Healthcare system in place that covers everyone. Kind of like UK/EU, but i’m afraid it will lose quality, and i’m not sure if the interest groups who account for over 16% of GDP (According to NPR) in healthcare insurance would allow it to happen. Maintaining quality and stretching the healthcare coverage to everyone in USA would be of great service.
