Ladies let’s say you have some illness and it requires a surgery. This particular surgery if performed could reduce your chance of getting pregnant and having babies. Would you go through with the surgery? A surgery like Tension Free Vaginal Tape, perhaps?
What is more important to you, your immediate health or your chances of having babies in the future?
if the illness i had was terminal then yes i would have the surgery, however if not then i would not jeapordise my chances of motherhood, and instead endure the pain and whatever for as long as i get pregnant.

Fair enough answer, so you mean to say you will get pregnant and have kids and after that go through with the surgery? Once you have your kids?

OK that seems a very nice solution to this problem. What about if you are really young and are not even married yet. There are still some years to go till you get married and have children. How will you control the symptoms and pain for so long?

A surgery like TVT is elective and used to try to fix stress incontinence or prolapsed organs. There are other alternatives than TVT surgery so I would opt for the less invasive options.
