if i was standing on top of the stairs of the attic and my mum was in the cellar. she would throw her chappal and it will still fly and twist and turn and hit me on my arse! lol

My mommy has never hit me. However I am hitting 30 and she still tells me what to do. I get lectures on how to drive, how to eat, what to wear and how to act. Its fun and sweet :D

My mom is very sweet and nurturing. I can count on her, ask her to do anything for me, and I know she will step out of her comfort zone to see I'm comfortable. I think she is an awesome wife. I need to learn A LOT from her.

I feel like I’m in Grade 1 writing about my mom for Mother’s day, but here goes.
She’s principled but fair, stern but affectionate, she challenges me and my ideas, and she pushes me to be the best that I can possibly be. She’s my biggest critic and my most vocal cheerleader. She knows what’s in my heart without words being said. No place is safer than her arms and no words sweeter than her telling me she loves me and is proud of me. She is love personified 
Oh, and honestly, the BESTEST COOK IN THE WORLD.

my ammi keep me in her duwas. she loves me. she is the best and coolest mom. whenever i want to dabbaing her peer she doesnt allow me. if she does i will feel lucky.

It's amazing how my mom considers/remembers the smallest of things about me that I can so be careless about. I'll roll my eyes when she nags and tell her I'm not a kid...and she responds with "Meray liye, you'll always be a kid"...it can be frustrating and sweet. Can't get that depth of love from anyone else...it can be tough and it can soothe like a balm. I don't know where I'd be without her and I wonder if I can even do half of what she's managed if and when I have kids of my own.

Oh the chappal. It didn’t matter if you got a head start and began running before that shoe even left her hand…didn’t matter how fast you ran…you could even zig zag it…and just when you were centimeters away from making it to the saftey of another room…that shoe would thwack you in the back. Sometimes my mom would get mad and say “Mera pata hai?” which was like saying “You know what I’m capable of”…but my brother and I took the question literally and would respond with “Yeah, you’re Mama”…which would vex her and make laugh as well.

My mom is very sweet and very easy forgiving if i do something stupid. She asks me what i ate, if i am taking care of myself and tell me every detail for her life. I just listen to her like a good son i am. But when she gets annoyed and mad..she says a lot of things but in very sweet and calm way. O ya..! with mom i can get away with ANYTHING in the world. She litterally wants chandd see bahu even more chandd see then her own chand ka tukra and laal. << my nick names!

when i speak with my ammi on phone she describes every detail(even minor things too) of story and i m like “main samjh giya jaldi say next batain kiya howa”
