Sounds like you’re on the road to recovery and you know what needs to be done to keep yourself together.

One thing I will say is not to rely too much on “surrounding yourself with positive people”. I mean it’s definitely a good thing to do but you shouldn’t rely on people to tell you how great you are. You know yourself better than anyone else and no one but you can shatter your self-esteem.
