When more than 1 moderator moderate forum, one of them is the senior moderator and he/she usually gets the badge, gun, blackberry, and personal laptop from Ehsan bhai. When he/she leaves the position, the junior moderator becomes senior and gets all of those things and the newly appointed moderator is then the junior mod.
I got all of those things when JonyBr left modship. When I left modship, I handed those things to Phatima. This is usually done in mods forum (people who wanted to know what goes on in there, here is one thing) but this time with special permission from admins, I am honored to do this in cafe.
In today’s ceremony, Phatima has requested that I be the chief guest (her senior former co-mod) and Phatima will hand over the badge, gun, blackberry, and the laptop over to Khumar who is senior over K Khan and The Voice.
So, I would like to call Phatima and Khumar up on the stage. Phatima will hand over these items to Khumar. Everybody, give them a big hand!
That’s mean. Just because Phatima’s name is in the thread, doesn’t mean the thread belongs to jokes forum She’s a human being (really?) and has feelings, pal =)

If someones forgotten a password say for their 'other nick and they’ve already sent a request for a password reset email, HOW bloody long does it take for that email to be sent out.
