exactly sahar, I want o know who these guys are who are listed as authors of this piece, what their background is, what this institute is and the basis of their research.

some of their claims have been rubbished by mad scientist already..being a professional inc insumer products industry he knows facts that the authors of this piece got wrong, as a consultant in the CPG industry i knew that as common knowledge as well. it is surprising that someone would get that stuff wrong.
