This word is fast becoming one of the most frequent words used nowadays. jiss ko english nahi bhi aati woh bhi aglay ko ‘looser’ keh raha hota hai.
What should be the correct meaning and usage of this word in your opinion? Rather than using it for every time someone is annoyed at somebody.

On a side note, people who use ‘looser’ instead of ‘loser’ are losers themselves

It’s like the word whatever: it’s highly annoying, in most contexts completely meaningless, but it’s not going anywhere.
